Hilton Garden Inn Chicago OHare Airport

My husband and I had to stop here unexpectedly when our flight was cancelled on February 24, 2026. We got here with no personal hygiene products, we were expecting to be home. We had a few clean clothes only on back packs all our other items were home in Buffalo. The staff here was fantastic they provided us with toothpaste, tooth brushes, deodorant and all other items were in the room. They helped us with getting dinner delivered, recommend things for us to do and were just kind to a couple of strangers that were having a very stressful day. All in all the staff made what was a horrible day so much better. They cared about the little things and that meant the world to two people having a not so great day. Highly recommend based solely on the kindness shown to myself and my husband!

Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn near the Chicago airport in Rosemont and overall felt it was a solid value for the price. The hotel charges for parking, which is something to factor in, but it’s fairly typical for the area. One nice perk is the pool, which would be great for families traveling with kids. There’s also a small workout area that gets the job done if you want a quick exercise. The bed was comfortable and made for a good night’s sleep before travel. That said, the furniture in the room felt very outdated and could use a refresh. The room itself was clean and functional, just visually behind the times. The free airport shuttle was a big plus and ran on time, making the trip to the airport easy and stress-free. Staff interactions were straightforward and efficient without any issues. The hotel feels more practical than modern or stylish. For short stays or airport layovers, it works well. If you’re expecting something newer or upscale, this may fall a bit short. Stayed here overnight in between flights. Room was a typical Hilton Garden Inn room layout. Very clean. The restaurant was the big positive surprise. Dinner was very good, considering it's a hotel...good enough that has lunch there the following day. Service was excellent. Only hiccup we encountered was the shuttle pick up from the airport - the tracking app didn't give good info and we missed the shuttle. If I'm in need of a hotel near O'Hare in the future, this is where I will stay.

I cant say enough good things about this hotel. They offer a quick shuttle from the airport, clean modern rooms, and great breakfast. From the moment of arrival the staff was warm and welcoming offering a complimentary breakfast even though it was hours before check in. The staff offered to store luggage and text us when a room became available which they did and it was earlier than the scheduled check in time. Later that day i was informed that the third party used to book the room did not pay the hotel for the room. The third party was zero help but the staff Rebeca helped with paying for the room directly through the hotel at the same rate as the third party. If you are traveling to Chicago please put this hotel at the top of your list.

Staff is very helpful, and friendly. Room was very clean. Bathroom was clean, but was very tight space wise. Hard to share... No exhaust fan. Bed good.

I have stayed at this hotel approximately 10 times. The staff is friendly, particularly Jimmy at the bar. The reception desk staff are always helpful and courteous. I lost my sports watch. At the time, I did not know where it was. When I arrived at the hotel on my next visit, I casually asked if a watch had been found on the off chance that I left it in the hotel during my previous stay. Turns out, housekeeping left a note in the file that a watch was found in my room after checkout. After some time of checking in the basement, the manager of the hotel brought me my watch! Due to extreme flight delays the airline gave us a night this hotel as our connecting flight didn't leave until the next day. The lady that checked us in was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Wonderful stay especially after such a long day of travel issues.

Just wanted to thank Alicia P for getting me back my mouth guard that I left there. That was very kind thank you. The location is great. Theres good food options all around. Easy on and off getting to Chicago. The rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly. A lot of grassy area and a sidewalk to walk your dogs. Large parking lot as well that could accomodate a rv or trailer if you needed a nice place for a pitstop.
